Why everyone keeps coming back.

Elisa Gelateria Pasticceria Caffetteria Piazza di Spagna is a charming gem nestled in the heart of Rome at Via di Propaganda. Seamlessly blending the allure of a classic Italian café with the indulgence of a gelateria and pastry shop, Elisa offers an authentic taste of Italy’s beloved sweet traditions in an inviting and cozy atmosphere.

Step inside and you’re greeted by the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and delicate pastries, setting the perfect stage for a moment of pure pleasure. Their gelato is a standout—creamy, rich, and beautifully balanced with flavors like Mango and Lemoni that capture the essence of traditional Italian sorbets. Customers rave about the quality, noting how each spoonful bursts with natural, fresh taste, a true hallmark of artisanal preparation.

Elisa’s pastry selection is equally enticing. From crisp, buttery croissants, praised for their flakey perfection and incredible value, to classic cannoli filled with luscious, velvety cream, every bite showcases masterful craftsmanship. The tiramisu and panna cotta offerings add further depth to their dessert menu, inviting visitors to indulge in Italy’s signature sweets.

The café experience is enhanced by thoughtful touches that create a warm and relaxed vibe. The decor harmonizes with soft music to invite you to linger, whether you're enjoying a quick take away or savoring your order at one of their cozy seating areas. Attentive, friendly staff like Sila make the difference, providing personalized recommendations and genuine hospitality that transform a simple stop into a memorable part of your Roman adventure.

One important note to bear in mind: prices vary slightly depending on whether you dine inside or opt for takeaway, a common but well-communicated aspect that doesn’t detract from the outstanding quality and service you receive.

Whether you’re seeking a refreshing gelato on a sunny Roman afternoon, a perfectly brewed cappuccino to kickstart your day, or a sweet pause amidst sightseeing between the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, Elisa Gelateria Pasticceria Caffetteria stands out as a delightful and trustworthy destination. The blend of authentic flavors, inviting ambiance, and heartfelt service ensures that your visit leaves both palate and spirit warmly satisfied.

For anyone craving a genuine slice of Italy’s café culture, Elisa is more than just a stop—it’s an experience to taste, savor, and cherish.

Sila and Livia are like chocolate drops on an ice cream sundae. Their enthusiasm and charisma is what makes this place top. And to top it off Caesar is the Denzel Washington that Rome needs
